Setup Notes

Set RTMP_URL, STREAM_KEY, HLS_URL, and ADMIN_PASSWORD in Cloudflare Pages → Settings → Environment Variables.
For Cloudflare Stream: RTMP URL is rtmp://live.cloudflare.com/live and HLS URL is from your Stream dashboard.
For local testing: run node-media-server or nginx-rtmp and expose HLS output via ngrok.
Make sure ffmpeg is installed: brew install ffmpeg on Mac.
